United Methodist Women

The purpose of UMW is to develop a creative, supportive fellowship and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

UMW's Soup and Pie Supper, held every winter, helps to meet their pledge to missions and funds camperships for Hilltop children to attend Bible camp in the summer. Beginning in January each year the unit coordinates gathering supplies for health, school, layette and sewing kits to be made available to people in crisis situations or in developing countries.

Local projects include providing funding for midmorning snacks for children at Cleveland Elementary School, giving handmade blankets to newborn babies of HUMC members and handmade caps and scarves to the Union Gospel Mission.

All women are welcome to become involved in Hilltop's United Methodist Women.

Rachel Circle meets at 11:30 AM on the 3rd Monday of each month. Bring a brown bag lunch.
